Social Programme

The 9^th of December evening, participants and their accompanying persons will be invited at an equestrian exhibition at the “Grandes Ecuries of the Versailles Palace”, followed by a night visit of the Royal Stables and a lunch dinner given in the equestrian indoor school.

The 10^th of December evening, a baroque music concert will be given in the Théâtre Montansier of Versailles followed by a lunch dinner given on the spot.

During the two days long Conference, accompanied (free) visits of the Versailles Palace will be organised at each lunch time (about 1hour and half). Participants will be able to have a look to the “Petits Appartements du Roi “ and the “Grande Galerie des Glaces” (recently refurbished).

On the other hand, participants to the Conference will be able to obtain (paying) entrance tickets at the desk of the Tourism Office that will be installed on the place of the Conference.
